RUICEAR Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing RUICEAR! We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review the following terms:
1. Return Timeframe & Requirements
- Contact Deadline: Notify us via email (support@ruicear.com) within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Return Shipping Deadline: Items must be postmarked within 28 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns unless defective:
- Discounted/Promotional Items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page).
3. Return Process
- Submit Request: Email support@ruicear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Authorization: We will reply within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Code and shipping address.
- Ship Back: Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Refund Details
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Results will be emailed.
- Refund Amount: Approved refunds equal 85% of the item’s price (a 15% restocking fee applies).
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. International orders are not eligible for reimbursement of exchange rate differences, customs duties, or taxes.
5. Exceptions
- Defective Items: For damaged goods, functional defects, or incorrect items, retain proof and contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and prioritize replacements/full refunds.
- Handmade Items: Products made with natural materials or handcrafted techniques may have texture variations or minor imperfections, which are not considered defects. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
6. Important Notes
- Include a printed order number inside your return package. Missing information may delay processing.
- Original shipping fees and the 15% restocking fee are non-refundable.
- For customs-related return issues, contact your local customs office directly.
